Refund Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

This is a working public draft prepared for early MacBaram sales review and checkout approval. It will be updated as product implementation, support process, and legal review become final.

1. Free Trial

MacBaram may offer a 5-day Free Trial. The Free Trial does not automatically charge you. If you do not choose a paid plan, paid features are locked after the trial ends while SCRAM and safety restore behavior may remain available.

2. Refund Eligibility

If a paid MacBaram feature cannot be made to work on a supported Mac within a reasonable support window, we may provide a refund according to this policy and the payment provider's rules. Refund review may require your Mac model, macOS version, app version, license status, and a short description of the issue.

3. Diagnostic Packages Are Optional

A diagnostic package can help us understand an issue, but sending one is not a condition for requesting a refund. Diagnostic packages are created locally and are sent only if you choose to export and send them.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied or limited when the product was used outside supported conditions, when required macOS permissions were not granted, when unsupported hardware or power accessories caused the issue, when a refund window has expired, or when the request conflicts with Lemon Squeezy or payment-provider rules.

5. Access Credits

In some support cases, we may offer additional access time as a thank-you when user-provided reproduction details or diagnostic information materially helps improve MacBaram. Access credits are not compensation, warranty credit, repair coverage, or damages payment.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@macbaram.com with your order email, product plan, Mac model, macOS version, and a short description of what did not work. If your purchase was processed by Lemon Squeezy, the refund may be handled through Lemon Squeezy's order and merchant workflow.

7. No Hardware or Downtime Compensation

MacBaram does not provide compensation for hardware damage, battery replacement, repair costs, lost work, downtime, business interruption, or AppleCare-related claims.
